Why Arizona prices vary so much

Across our index, the same treatment routinely varies 50–100% between clinics in the same metro. Three reasons: overhead (Old Town Scottsdale rent vs a Mesa strip mall), who performs the treatment (MD-supervised RN vs esthetician where legal), and pricing strategy — some clinics publish aggressive intro prices to fill chairs, others don't publish at all and quote after a consult. Roughly half of Arizona med spas publish no prices online, which is exactly why we built this index.

How to use this index

Treat the low end of each range as a new-client/membership rate and the high end as walk-in pricing at premium locations. Anything dramatically below these ranges deserves scrutiny (who's injecting? what product?), and anything far above should come with something visible — credentials, tech, or results. For live, clinic-by-clinic prices, every number in our index is browsable free on Silvune.
