Welcome to Silvune ("Silvune", "we", "us"). By using silvune.com (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Silvune is an independent directory and price-comparison platform for medical spa and wellness services in Arizona. We list clinics, display treatment information and pricing collected from public sources or provided by clinics, and pass along booking requests.
Prices shown are collected from clinic websites and public sources, or submitted by clinics. They are estimates unless marked verified, may be out of date, and may vary by provider, dose, or consultation. Always confirm the final price with the clinic. Silvune receives no commission on treatments.
A booking request on Silvune is a request, not a confirmed appointment. Appointments are confirmed only by the clinic. We forward your request (name, contact, requested treatment and time) to the clinic. We are not responsible for a clinic's response time, availability, cancellations, or no-shows.
You are responsible for your account and for anything you post (reviews, photos, videos, community posts). By posting, you grant Silvune a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display that content on the Service. You agree not to post content that is false or misleading, infringes anyone's rights, contains other people's personal information without consent, or is unlawful, hateful, or spam. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms. Reviews must reflect genuine personal experience.
Clinics may claim their listing free of charge, correct information, publish offers, and receive booking requests. Clinics are responsible for the accuracy of the information they publish and for complying with the laws and licensing rules that apply to them. We honor removal and correction requests — email contact@silvune.com.
Photos, maps, and business hours may be provided by third parties, including Google. Such content belongs to its providers and is subject to their terms.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Silvune is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for the acts or omissions of any clinic, arising out of your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed $100.
We may update these Terms; the "Last updated" date will change and continued use constitutes acceptance. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA.

This policy explains what information Silvune ("we") collects on silvune.com and how we use it.
To operate the Service: pass booking requests to clinics, display your reviews and posts, verify clinic ownership, improve the product, and prevent abuse. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your health-related requests for advertising.
We share booking request details with the clinic you chose — that is the point of the request. We use service providers to run the Service: Supabase (database, authentication, storage), Netlify (hosting), and Google (sign-in, Maps & Places data, analytics). These providers process data on our behalf under their own security terms.
We keep your data while your account is active or as needed to run the Service. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing contact@silvune.com — we honor requests within 30 days.
We use essential cookies for sign-in sessions and privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate usage. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.
The Service is not directed to children under 18. Med spa treatments are for adults; do not use the Service if you are under 18.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information. Email contact@silvune.com and we will help.

Silvune exists because med spa pricing shouldn't be a mystery. The same 500mg NAD+ drip costs $350 at one Scottsdale clinic and $595 at another. Botox runs anywhere from $7.99 to $16 per unit. Most clinics don't publish prices at all — so people book blind, and great clinics with fair prices get overlooked.
We started by doing the unglamorous work: visiting every med spa website in Scottsdale, collecting every published price, and organizing all of it into one place you can actually compare. Today Silvune tracks 500+ clinics across Arizona, with 230+ verified treatment prices across NAD+ & IV therapy, injectables, laser, facials, and more — updated continuously, checked by hand.
How we make money: we don't, yet — and that's by design. Silvune is free for both clients and clinics while we build the most accurate price index in Arizona. Down the road, clinics will be able to subscribe to optional tools (profile management, analytics, featured placement — always labeled). The comparison engine itself stays free and neutral, permanently.
A note on safety: Silvune is an information and booking platform, not a medical provider. Every treatment listed is performed under the responsibility of each licensed clinic. Nothing on this site is medical advice — always consult the clinic's medical staff about what's right for you.
